MADE IN PARIS
ONO was certified with label “Fabriqué à Paris” and created multiple collaborations with the label.
PRODUCTION
All of our pieces are produced in limited editions in Paris. One of our main collaborators is Fadel Couture, a workshop that is part of the Goutte d’Or association, which contributes to the development of the Goutte d’Or district in Paris.
We also collaborate with independent couturiers and pattern makers in Paris. Some of our unique garments are produced directly at the ONO atelier.
Our jersey pieces are made by Coco & Rico, a factory that builds it’s production on strong sustainable and ethical commitments.
TEXTILE SOURCING
Our handwoven silk and cotton fabrics are sourced in collaboration with the Forweavers association, which works with small artisanal communities around the world to preserve traditional textile techniques and ensure a good standard of living for artisans. These are rare, high-quality textile materials, crafted using traditional know-how with respect for the environment.
Part of our silk is known as “peace silk,” meaning the silk yarns are produced without harming the silkworm.
The wool and cashmere fabrics we use are certified organic and of the highest quality, produced in northern Italy.
Our jersey, denim, and silk are GOTS-certified and sourced from Germany.
We are constantly seeking the most sustainable ways of dyeing our fabrics, testing and implementing them in our collections as much as possible.
